EMA’s Director of Marketing & Growth will be responsible for establishing a highly analytical, quant-focused marketing organization. In partnership with Sales leadership, you will identify market opportunities and develop strategies and initiatives that will drive new customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This position requires an individual who is a leader of people and can inspire their team to achieve results while staying close to the work to inform best practices.
This role will capitalize on your entrepreneurial drive, deep connection to the K-12 sector, and experience building scalable marketing programs and practices. You will be expected to build respect and confidence with your internal collaborators, with partners, with customers, and with important decision-makers across the organization. You have the operational savvy to forge strong product marketing, demand generation, and a growth path for EMA, with the ability to leverage current successes while using your natural curiosity to guide your team to what’s next.
