The Director of Membership and Business Development will oversee a specific territory, as well as coach and mentor a direct report. Key priorities include: assisting in team-wide strategic forecasting, territory planning, managing a territory region, developing innovative approaches for managing member and product sales growth within a territory; retaining current members by providing information training and support on various services and answering daily service-related questions; providing exceptional service to all The Enrollment Management Association’s member constituents; serving as Project Manager for various membership assignments/projects; delivering thought leadership presentations to independent school leaders.
