The Product & UX Designer is responsible for the design of customer-facing products, portals and user journeys. This position seeks an individual motivated to define and refine product designs, from ideation through maturity, to achieve business goals and increase user engagement and delight.
The primary focus of this role will be to design products that are simple to use, advocate for the end-user, increase usability, and meet business goals in accordance with the product, technical and business direction of the organization. This position will require a broad range of skills, from high-level design and strategic thinking to wireframing and pixel-perfect prototyping. The products designed should ultimately be easy to use and visually appealing. This role works closely hand-in-hand with the product and technology teams and other cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, research-driven, skilled at design thinking, and results-oriented.
