Senior Full Stack Developer

The Senior Full Stack Developer is an expert responsible for designing and implementing solutions in the entire technology stack of an application [backend, frontend, and database].  The selected candidate will join a team of highly skilled developers who work on cloud applications running in the Azure Cloud platform utilizing a microservices architecture.  The candidate will work closely with Product Owners to understand and gather functional requirements,  collaborate with Team Leads and Architects to write code to implement a design vision, and interface with a QA team to get the software production ready, utilizing Agile practices to build software that is utilized by over 100k new paying customers per year.

The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of the .Net Framework (4.8), Microsoft SQL Server, and AngularJS, as well as have excellent communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills and be a self-starter able to conduct independent research and problem solve.

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Build, support and maintain web applications and API’s in the Azure Cloud
  • Work with an agile dev team developing code to build new product functionality
  • Support product releases activities
  • Write automated unit tests and increase code coverage on both backend (C#) and frontend (AngularJS) code
  • Refactor code to reduce tech debt
  • Build data integrations with internal systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Analyze and tune Sql queries to meet performance targets
  • Design database schemas
  • Design application object models
  • Track progress of work in Jira


  • Work with the Team Lead to break user stories up into discrete tasks and present it to the team
  • Communicate thoroughly with team members and stakeholders to keep them informed on progress and problems

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

Experience Qualifications 

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient in .Net Framework (4.8) and C#
  • Extensive API development experience using the ASP.Net Web API framework and RESTful design patterns
  • Proficient in AngularJS 1.x and Angular 2+ (experience upgrading between the versions is a plus)
  • Working knowledge of CSS and the Bootstrap UI framework
  • Experience writing automated unit tests in MSTest (C#) and Jasmine/Karma (Angular)
  • Experience in Microsoft SQL Server and query tuning; Azure Sql is a plus
  • Understanding of data transformations and ETL processes
  • Experience with NoSQL solutions (Mongo, ElasticSearch)
  • Experience using Github for version control
  • Experience with Agile methodology and continuous integration
  • Experience with Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) or similar products for issue tracking and documentation
  • Experience with the Azure Cloud environment is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience with TeamCity, Slack are preferred but not required
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
