Dr. Jasmine B. Harris brings more than 25 years of school experience to her current role as head of school for academics and programs at TMI Episcopal in San Antonio, TX. She has served in several positions in the independent and public-school K -12 space, including head of school, director of enrollment management, director of school and community relations, and classroom teacher. For almost three decades, Dr. Harris has led all aspects of teaching and learning, spearheaded parent education programs and faculty recruitment, and assisted with diversity, equity, and inclusion work. Dr. Harris has visited schools across the globe and is passionate about making her own impact in the community she serves.

As a faculty member of the Admission Training Institute, Jasmine provides training to over 100 new admission professionals from across North America annually, and functions as a mentor in this role as well. She has served as a member of the University of Texas Education Scholarship Committee, is the past president of the Independent Schools Admission Association of Dallas, and is an active alumnae member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Jasmine holds a Certificate in Non-Profit Leadership from Southern Methodist University, a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Texas Woman’s University, and a Doctor of Education from Baylor University. Jasmine, her husband John, and their two sons are proud to call themselves native Texans!
