She joins EMA from MetLife, where she served as Director of Group Benefits Marketing leading a team to define and create go-to-market B2B and B2C strategies. Prior to MetLife, she worked at American Express for 16 years in multiple roles within the marketing organization from acquisition to retention. In her most recent roles at American Express, she served as Director of U.S. Merchant Loyalty Marketing and Director of Global Commercial Services Customer Marketing.
Rennita is a customer first marketer who's passionate about creating differentiated experiences in service of the customer. Her mantra is always to approach every situation from the customer's perspective and only create experiences that will foster deeper relationships. She is a graduate of New York University Stern School of Business, where she double majored in finance and marketing.
