What is the refund policy?

You may cancel your registration and EMA will provide a refund of 90% of the registration fee, less a 10% administrative  processing fee, if you send a written request to EMA via email to jdavis@enrollment.org no later than August 1, 2023.  You may not cancel your registration or request a refund after August 1, 2023.

You are also solely responsible for cancellation of travel and hotel reservations (including any associated cancellation charges).
