Judy has over 30 years of senior level experience encompassing payroll and expense reimbursement, benefit and compensation administration, recruiting, operations and facilities management, and Employer-Employee Relations. She holds a B.S. in Management and Marketing from Christopher Newport University.
Judy is a native of Williamsburg, Virginia. She has two wonderful children and two amazing granddaughters. Judy has served several terms on the board of Williamsburg Area Meals on Wheels and continues to volunteer with the organization by sharing her expertise in the areas of payroll, Human Resources, and planning and executing fundraising events.
