How do I change the Test Center Administrator?

An existing account user can change the Test Center Administrator on the Member Access Portal (MAP). Follow the steps below:

  • Log into the Member Access Portal
  • Select SSAT Testing
  • Select your Test Center name & click Test Center Profile
  • Click Edit
  • Click Test Center Admin dropdown menu to select the New Test Administrator
  • Once you select the New Test Admin, add in their cell phone number, if known
  • Click Save
