How do I edit or add a new proctor?

The Test Center Administrator can edit or add a new proctor on the Member Access Portal (MAP). Follow the steps below:

  • Log into the Member Access Portal
  • Select SSAT Testing dropdown then click on Manage SSAT Proctors
  • Select the Add New Proctor button at the bottom, complete the proctor’s name and email address, and click Add User.
  • Resend Proctor Agreement, check the box next to theproctor(s)and click Send Email to Selected Proctors.
  • To edit or delete a proctor, click either the Edit or Delete button in that proctor’s row.
  • Deleting a proctor will move them to the inactive section at the bottom.
  • Editing a proctor allows you to update a proctor’s name or email address.
