In the student access portal, the SAO for families is designed to convey requirements and deadlines, and track the completeness of the application in a streamlined experience.
To see what is complete versus what is not complete, go to Portal.ssat.org,
- Create a sample parent and student account
- Search for your school by name or SSAT 4 digit school code
- Select the session year, click on apply to schools, grade, to add your school application to the family SAO dashboard and to see how requirements are displayed.
- You can then fill out the application and submit it with an application fee waiver to and see how it comes to your school, thus having visibility to both sides of the application.
