Donnie Smith

Donnie Smith

Director of Admissions
Redwood Day, CA

Donnie Smith joined the Redwood Day community in 2019. Prior to joining Redwood Day, he worked at Brooklyn Friends School, A Better Chance, and other boarding schools on the east coast. Donnie has a deep love for children and families who are looking for the right educational space for their child. He has been working in admissions since 2011 and is so excited to be a part of the Redwood community.

Donnie is a 2011 graduate of Earlham College and major in English. Donnie has just completed his masters at Columbia University, Teachers College Klingenstein Center in Independent School Leadership. He enjoys spending time with his dog Larry, traveling during school breaks, loves reading books, and eating delicious food.
