Victoria Muradi has served as director of enrollment management and admissions at Durham Academy since 2007. She has led the PK-12 school in shifting from an admission to an enrollment management model, determining optimum school size, and studying the comprehensive cost of attendance beyond tuition. Before coming to Durham Academy, she worked in admission and financial aid at the boarding school and college levels, including at Smith College and The University of Virginia. She holds a B.A. from Smith College and a M.Ed. from Harvard University. In her 15 years of involvement with EMA, Victoria has served as a mentor, a member of the Admission Leadership Council (ALC), and as a faculty member on both the Admission Training Institute (ATI) and the Admission Directors Institute (ADI).
