Dr. Derrick Gay is an internationally recognized diversity and inclusion strategist and has worked with over 500 organizations around the world. Dr. Gay began his career teaching and serving as a senior administrator in a number of independent schools across the country. His work has been featured in the New York Times, NPR, 60 minutes, El Tiempo Latino, and The Washington Post, to name a few, and he event consults with Sesame Street!
Derrick spoke at both our 2019 and 2020 annual conferences and he was a guest on the podcast last winter way back before COVID, exploring opportunities and challenges around Diversity and Inclusion.
