What if a student has technical issues during the SSAT at Home testing?

Remote proctors will be available to assist students throughout testing. If any connection issues arise, the proctor and technical support will work with the student to get back online and continue the test. EMA will work with students if they experience a technology issue that prevents the completion of testing.

For any test impacted by an irregularity, EMA will work with the family and test center, if applicable, to understand the nature of the irregularity and EMA will determine whether the test scores are valid. If test scores are deemed to be invalid, scores will not be released and the student will be provided a free retest at no charge.
