Amy has worked at her alma mater, Ransom Everglades School, since 2002. As the director of admission and enrollment management, she guides prospective students and families through the intricate processes of admission and financial aid. Prior to her tenure in admissions, she held various roles within the independent school domain, including classroom English teacher, Breakthrough teacher, dean and mentor, and coach for volleyball, basketball, and track.

Amy's significant engagement with the Enrollment Management Association exemplifies her unwavering commitment to professional development and leadership within the admission community. She has undertaken several roles within EMA, serving on the Board of Trustees, the Admission Leadership Council, and the Strategic Planning Design Team. Additionally, she has presented at the annual conference, contributed to The Yield Magazine, and acted as Co-Chair of the Computer-Based Testing Committee, among other pursuits.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Amy's personal life centers around relishing the offerings of her native Miami, Florida alongside her husband, Eric, and their two daughters, Abigail and Ava. They frequently find themselves in a gymnasium, supporting their daughters during their volleyball tournaments.
