David is the Assistant Head of School: Enrollment Management at Lakefield College School in Ontario, Canada. After beginning his career as a classroom teacher in England and Australia, he transitioned into enrolment management in 2009. An active contributor to the profession, David serves as an E3N Admission Training Institute faculty member, presents regularly at conferences, and has contributed through webinars, podcasts, and professional learning initiatives focused on customer service, retention, leadership, and strategic enrolment management. He is passionate about helping schools strengthen communities by supporting both students and colleagues.
