Tiffany is a seasoned admissions and enrollment management professional with over 20 years of experience. She assumed the role of director of admissions and enrollment management at Paideia School in July 2022. Her career began as an admissions counselor in 2000 and expanded to director-level positions at various Atlanta area colleges and universities, both in undergraduate and graduate programs.
Noteworthy among her achievements is her tenure as the former director of admissions for Spelman College (GA) and The Hockaday School (TX), where she drove admissions success and championed diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Tiffany's commitment extends beyond her professional accomplishments; she is deeply dedicated to team building and mentorship, actively nurturing new professionals. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Spelman College and a Master of Arts in higher education administration from The University of Michigan.
