Zandra is the Director of Enrollment Management at St. George Episcopal School in San Antonio, Texas, where she leads strategic initiatives in admissions, recruitment, retention, and family engagement. With more than 13 years of enrollment management experience, Zandra has worked across both higher education and independent schools, bringing a comprehensive perspective to building strong enrollment pipelines. She views enrollment management not simply as a profession, but as her vocation.
Zandra earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Master of Science in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Baylor University. Before transitioning to Episcopal independent schools, she held enrollment and admissions roles at prominent higher education institutions in Texas, including Baylor University, UT Health San Antonio, and The University of Texas at Austin. For the past six years, she has served on senior leadership teams at K–8 Episcopal schools, where she has found her passion for advancing the whole-child educational model.
