EMA and USC Rossier School of Education have partnered to offer an online certificate program for independent school enrollment leaders. USC Rossier's Center for Enrollment Research, Policy and Practice (CERPP) offers The Leadership in Enrollment Management Certificate program which is 30 weeks in length, with three 10-week sessions over the span of an academic year.
The curriculum covers enrollment management in institutional and societal contexts, information and knowledge management, pricing and aid policy, college admission policy and practice, retention organization, leadership, and case studies.
You will gain:
Tuition for the full 30-week USC Leadership in Enrollment Management certificate program is $10,000. The tuition is payable by the first day of the course unless otherwise arranged. A three-part payment plan is available upon request. There may be a small fee for course materials (not to exceed $100).

In recognition of the exceptional contributions of the late Dr. Stephanie Balmer to the advancement of enrollment management, EMA's trustees named our scholarships to USC's Leadership in Enrollment Management Certificate program in her honor.
Ten $5,000 Balmer Scholarships are offered by EMA each year to our members.
If your participation in the program is dependent upon a Balmer Scholarship, please indicate that requirement on your application. If your application is accepted by USC, you will then be eligible to apply for a Balmer Scholarship. When you receive your admission decision from USC, please contact Jennifer Davis to express your interest in the EMA Balmer Scholarship. All scholarship applications will be reviewed and recipients notified prior to the start of the program, so that candidates can complete the enrollment process with USC before their deadlines.
