Assistant Director of Membership & Business Development

Prior to joining EMA’s Member Success team, Allison served as the Director of Upper School Admission at Girls Preparatory School in Chattanooga, TN. During her tenure at GPS, she also served as an advisor to Upper School students, worked closely with the Marketing & Communications team to develop a portfolio of Upper School specific marketing materials, and spearheaded the implementation of the school's first CRM, HubSpot.

Before entering the independent school world, Allison worked for the United States Navy as a Foreign Military Sales Case Analyst and a Business Analyst for the Electric Power Board of Chattanooga.

Allison enjoys giving back to her community and in 2021 fundraised $35,000 for the Chattanooga Kidney Foundation and danced in their largest fundraising event Dare to Dance, based on the popular television show Dancing with the Stars. She also serves as a Board Member for the Boy Scouts of America Cherokee Area Council and on The University of Tennessee “Chattanooga Chapter” Alumni Board. Allison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
