Prior to joining us in 1994, Linda worked at IBM for 10 years as a senior customer support representative; there, her work training new employees earned her one of IBM’s highest service awards, the 100% Means Service Award. Linda holds a BA in elementary education from Glassboro State College.

Having worked on several teams in her 20 years at The Enrollment Management Association, Linda brings to her interaction with members a wide knowledge of our offerings and a deep commitment to service. She assists new members through the application process and supports current members as well.
