With Leo Marshall

How many of us have the luxury of having a staff full of very experienced admission officers? Instead, we have eager young alums or professionals just out of college. Technology is now outpacing our ability to keep up - but who knows it best? That young staff member. Rather than sending that 24-yr-old around the country, expecting them to be articulate about education with parents, we need to reconsider how they can best serve the school's goals. Don't waste a great opportunity to energize your staff and make them feel they are the difference!

It's a new world for admissions - and it's time to rethink how we design our office and deploy our talented staff. This session will challenge the traditional view of the admission office design and suggest there is a way to get the right people into the right seats and maximize the effectiveness of your recruitment and admission efforts.
