Minding the Student Perspective: A Self-Reflection Snapshot

The Character Skills Snapshot is a self-reflection on how students see themselves in relationship to character traits that contribute to academic success. As an enrollment tool, it helps schools understand where students are in their development and how to support them in transitioning to a new educational setting.

Will students take the initiative in a team setting, or could they use an advisor who will help them find their voice? Do they have the resilience to tackle the toughest academic challenges, or could they benefit from a softer landing to build confidence? Are they ready to try new things, or will an adventurous peer group encourage them to keep an open mind?
