Engage. Train. Network.

Now more than ever it's critical that whole admission team is equipped with the best network, knowledge, and skills to help meet your school’s enrollment goals. This pre-conference workshop provides new assistants and associates the opportunity to connect with peers, learn from industry experts, and benefit from the wisdom of experienced directors.

Held in-person each year at EMA’s Annual Conference, a variety of engaging formats are used—from expert instruction to group discussion time and individual reflection. Seasoned admission directors serve as program advisors who mentor participants. Additionally, an individualized mentor/mentee program is established which continues beyond the conference with check-ins and programming throughout the year.
